QILIMANJARO - Quantum Computing that is easily accessible to everyone
Introduction
If we follow the history of the 20th century, then we can notice how fast the development of computer technology and microelectronics. The first computer appeared in the second half of the 40s just after the end of the Second World War. It is a tube computer that occupies the entire floor, a "hard disk" of several megabytes of room size. In 1968 it could be a revolution in the history of the development of electronic computing, as the world first appeared in the world of "programmable intelligence devices", coined by fellow countryman Gorokhov Arseniy Anatolyevich, an employee of the Omsk Research Institute. That's how the patent of a great Russian inventor who is called the world's first computer, works on semiconductor components. But unfortunately, given the conservatism of Soviet leadership thought, the latest discovery has not been developed further. As a result, in 8 years, the American company, Apple, developed its own personal computer, thus using the new invention. As a result, 1976 is a countdown to the development of personal computers.
No one at that time could have imagined that sometime in 2018 a 16GB storage device could fit into the palm of your hand. A "box" the size of the notebook keeps a few terabytes of memory. Now these things do not surprise anyone, although literally 15-20 years ago the computer was an outlandish and scarce thing. It was the prerogative of some large organizations, as well as wealthy families. At the same time, pay attention to how computers have become cheaper. In the 90s, the cost of a medium-sized computer was equal to the cost of the Zhiguli, and now they cost commensurately the average salary of Russians.
But any technique, whether it is a machine, an airplane or a computer, has its own "limit of development", and in order for further development, a fundamental new solution is needed. In this case, this is a transition to quantum technology. In Japan, work is already underway to create a quantum computer. QSS will help users to use Quantum computers. They will find the problem which the users want to benefit from by using quantum computers. QSS will convert this problem in quantum algorithm and will then run this on the quantum computers.

Qibo aims to reach out to all the possible users who have interest in quantum computing. Qibo is an interface where all the programs will be rum. Qibo is a metalanguage which will connect all the compilers.

The problem of quantum computing was that only rich institutions or companies can access or use quantum computing. Qilimanjaro is solving this problem by providing an open platform where everyone can be benefitted by the power of quantum computing. It is also providing opportunity for developers where they can research and give their own algorithm. OpenQ will also rewards the participants for their contribution.

• Their road map has detailed information about the upcoming tasks the project will accomplish.
Cons;
• The social media hype of this project is low. It has 1382 members on Telegram and around 1150 followers on Twitter.
• The MVP of this project is currently not released.
• The team of advisors do not have experience in blockchain technology. It would have been more useful for the project if the advisors were from blockchain background.
• The telegram group of this project is not active at all.

JIL got his PhD in Particle Physics at Univ. Barcelona. He has written over 100 papers on Particle Physics and Quantum Information and has directed 12 PhD thesis. He worked as a consultant on Artificial Intelligence for the private sector. He was one of the founders of the NNPDF collaboration that serves parton distributions based on neural networks to CERN.
• Pol FORN-DÍAZ: Head of Quantum Computing Services
Pol leads the experimental team at QUANTIC at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. He has a background in superconducting quantum devices for quantum information applications and quantum optics. He obtained his PhD from TU Delft in 2010, with a study of superconducting flux qubits and the limits of the interaction strength to a superconducting resonator.
• Artur GARCÍA-SÁEZ: Head of Quantum Software Services
Artur García-Sáez got his Ph.D. at The Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO) working on classical and quantum correlations. He is currently working at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center on optimization problems and Machine Learning applications. He is the head of the QUANTIC algorithm team.
