BubbleTone works

Each mobile carrier can publish its own prepaid tariff plan (Offer) as a smart contract. This offer is visible to all operators and their customers. By selecting Offers, new "Request" smart contracts are made, with Digital Identity from customers and Payment transactions.


As a result, the Offer publishers will identify users and receive money and start serving customers directly at local and high-quality prices.

Issues for regional operators

Roaming technology is impractical, expensive and difficult to implement. It bears the cost of carrier integration, measured in years and millions of dollars. Evidence of Important Consensus or Important Evidence (POI)

Important Evidence is the mechanism of the Blockchain consensus introduced by NEM. Bubbletone Blockchain uses a modified version for telecommunication services.

For users with Mini Node, the main inputs of POI rating are:
  • The amount of currency in the deposit for the purpose of making a knot (minimum 1000 UMT)
  • Activity in traffic consumption - this type of measurement is better than measuring outbound traffic because guards against bots and spammers can improve their rating by artificial means.
  • Activity in transaction generation - e.g. ordering services in the last 30 days, with other weighted weighted transactions
For users with Super Node, POI rating main points are:
